Return Policy

Your happiness is our priority! 
If something isn't right, we will gladly accept the return/exchange of products and items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing / production for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Not all items apply, due to the nature of a sale or clearance, custom designs, or made to order items are not eligible for return. 
Jewelry is final sale and due to sanitary reasons, not eligible for return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason other than mentioned above, you will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

***To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. ****

1. Contact us at to have us handle it. *Etsy orders must use this option if you haven't already reached out to us directly thru it.*

2. For orders placed directly through this site:  click here to create an account with us and do it yourself!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
