Shipping Policy

UE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THERE IS AN EXTREME DELAY WITH UNITED STATES MAILING CARRIERS THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND DURING TRACKING OF YOUR SHIPMENT.
We are committed to processing orders as soon as possible and we do our best to ship items within 3-4 business days after an order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please not that orders placed after 4pm Mon - Fri will be fulfilled the following day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Black Friday / Cyber Monday rush and other sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill a higher volume of orders.  
Please note that Priority Shipping does not include processing times. 
 
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all packages USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Current transit times are between 2-5 days, however all postage services, especially USPS are experiencing extreme delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Local delivery
 Free local delivery is available for all orders within 20 miles of Middle River, MD zip code 21220. We will contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 
In-store pickup
Yes we offer free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and a representative will inform you when your items are ready for pick up. We will also send you an email when your order is ready along with any necessary instructions if need be. 
Please have your order confirmation email upon arrival.
 
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping.  Please refer back at a later time.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received an expected delivery date within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bevellabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a representative to reply.
